The Sukhumvit THIRTY-EIGHT luxury residential high-rise in Bangkok (Thailand) features an innovative façade that offers uninterrupted views of the city. Neighboring with Bangkok’s vibrant Thong Lo neighborhood, known for its trendy bars, boutiques and bistros, Sukhumvit THIRTY-EIGHT redefines the skyline of the city with its unique sculpturally stacked volumes, and adds new architectural qualities to the surrounding urban context. Combining the benefits of urban life with private living, the 20,000-square-meter tower will introduce 216 new residential units in one of the city’s most sought-after locations. The building’s skin is characterized by pure geometry and perfectly tailored measurements, featuring a glass façade with panels painted in a blue color that was custom-formulated to accentuate the precision, rigor and accuracy of the design process.
