Italia translates professional kitchen codes into the home, establishing the conceptual starting point for the Arclinea Collection. As food culture broadened beyond elite gastronomy, Italia brought restaurant-grade principles to domestic space: stainless-steel work units, enlarged/deepened countertops, double-bowl sinks, and a re-mapped workflow for preparation, cooking, and washing. The design method introduced with Italia is industrial and transversal: standardized components combine to create tailored layouts (single-wall compositions, islands, and specialized workstations). This precise, durable system set the logic of assembly and use later extended across the collection, aligning manufacturing strategy with evolving living patterns.
