The project repurposes an industrial complex organised around two courtyards as Esprit’s Milan headquarters and showroom, preserving the original volumes and chimney while reversing the factory logic: the courtyards become open-air rooms that structure a continuous indoor–outdoor promenade. A screened entrance sets up a zigzag circulation of ramps, bridges, and hot-dip galvanised steel staircases; the same material appears in window frames and interior elements, set against waxed grey concrete floors, exposed HVAC, and uniformly plastered façades.
